Stayed here during a ski trip to Mad River Mountain with some friends. Plenty of space, the outdoor area was great, and right on the lake. We were a little worried about the distance, but it was an easy drive. Don communicated with me as to things to do in the area and places to eat. It was cool to see all the ice fishers out and about, though we were not brave enough to join them. Good value, I recommend!

We had a great time! The location was perfect with easy access to the water. The house was large enough. We had 12 people and had plenty of sleeping room. There was not a lot of living space for everyone but we spent most of the weekend outside anyways. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. The linens were clear and the rooms were nice. The only downside, we had to wash our linens and with an older washer/dryer, it took almost 3 hours to wash all the towels and linens. If I had known we were responsible for washing them ourselves we would have just brought our own.

We have replaced the washer and dryer at Family Traditions so this time should be reduced. It is clearly indicated in the information now that laundry is to be washed by the guests. We can charge $30 to have our cleaning service launder the linens.

We had a great weekend away. The house was was spacious and had plenty of room for sleeping. It was nice to be able to sit outside and stay dry while it was raining.
